Information qualifying as personal data
An IP address is a unique set of numbers that all devices connected to the Internet have. The IP address identifies the device you use for browsing and allows it to communicate with other devices. If the user becomes identifiable through the IP address (either solely on the basis of the IP address or in combination with other information), the IP address may also be considered personal data.
Some first-party or third-party cookies used on the data controller's website may record the IP address of the device from which you have visited the website if it is necessary for their operation. However, the data controller will not be able to identify you based on the IP addresses collected on the website, it does not have a record of the IP addresses and cannot search for specific IP addresses. As a result, you will not be identified by the data controller based on the IP address.
Personal data may also include information that can be used to identify users (e.g. location, uniquely generated identifiers). The data controller declares that if cookies from third parties also contain such data, the data controller does not have access to them, so based on this information you will not become identifiable to the data controller.
Legal basis of data processing
With the exception of functional cookies (which do not collect information that is considered personal data) the use of cookies is based on your consent, which is the legal basis for the related data processing (Article 6 (1) (a) GDPR). Cookies will only be used if you expressly authorize their use by means of a device designated for this purpose. You can change your settings – and in this context, withdraw your consent – at any time.
Cookie settings
You can manage your cookie settings in the "cookie settings" menu on the website. In addition, most browsers allow you to view, manage, delete, and block cookies from a particular website. Remember that if you delete all cookies, the settings stored in them will also be lost, including disabling cookies, as this feature also requires cookies to be placed on the device.

Data subject rights, enforcement, and handling complaints:
Notification:
The data subject may request information from the data controller in writing about what personal data, on what legal basis, for what data processing purpose, from what source, for how long was processed, who to, when, and based on which legislation did the data controller provide access to the personal data or who were they transmitted to.
Rectification:
Data subjects may ask the data controller to modify some of their personal data (for example, the email- or postal address can be changed at any time).
Erasure:
The data subject may initiate the erasure of personal data by a written request to the data controller. The request for erasure will be rejected by the data controller if the data controller is obliged by law to further store personal data. This is the case, for example, if the deadline prescribed by accounting legislation has not expired.
Limitation:
The data subject may request in writing that his/her personal data be blocked by the data controller (clearly indicating the limited nature of data processing and ensuring that the personal data is processed separately from other data). The blocking lasts as long as the grounds provided by the data subject makes it necessary to store the data. The data subject may request the blocking of the data, for example, if he or she thinks that his or her submission has been handled unlawfully by the data controller, however, for the official or court proceedings initiated by the data subject it is necessary that the submission is not deleted by the data controller. In this case, until the request of the authority or the court is received, the data controller will continue to store the personal data (for example, the given submission), after which the data will be deleted.
Objection:
The data subject may object to the data processing in writing if the data controller transmits or uses the data, for example, for public opinion or scientific research purposes.
Right to data portability:
In relation to cookies qualifying as personal data, data subjects are entitled to request that their personal data is provided to them in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format.
Fulfilment of data protection requests:
The data subject may submit his/her request in writing, electronically, sending it to the lavet@lavet.hu e-mail address. When submitting the request, the requestor must ensure that his/her identity is clearly identifiable and provide the following information in the request:
first name and surname,
first name and surname at birth,
place and date of birth,
address.
The Company shall provide information to the data subject about the measures taken in response to the request within the shortest period of up to 30 days from the receipt of the request. This period may be extended once for a period of not more than two months in view of the complexity of the request or the number of requests, of which the Company will officially inform the requestor within 30 days of receipt of the request.
Legal remedy:
Anyone who believes that his or her rights have been violated as a result of the data controller's data processing can refer to a court or make a complaint to the Authority (Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH) – registered seat: H-H-1125 Budapest, Szilágyi Erzsébet fasor 22/C; Postal address: H-1530 Budapest, Pf.: 5.; Telephone: +36 (1) 391-1400; Fax: +36 (1) 391-1410; Email: ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu).
The court will hear the case without delay. The lawsuit can be brought before the Court of the data subject's domicile or residence, or the tribunal at the discretion of the person initiating the proceedings.
Please note that if the Authority is approached, it will only investigate the complaint if the data subject already contacted the data controller in connection with the complaint prior to notifying the Authority and such request did not have any results.
